Information you send us
When you submit the contact form, the fields you complete — name, work email, company, website, service of interest, your description of the challenge, and optionally budget and timeline — are delivered to Apex Holdings Group LLC by email through the form-delivery service FormSubmit. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether the work is a fit.
We do not sell contact information, and we do not add form submissions to a marketing list without your explicit request.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and referrers. It is configured without cookies and does not build a cross-site profile of individual visitors. We use it to understand which pages are useful, not to identify people.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve the site securely.

Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained in our email system for as long as it is commercially relevant. You can ask us to delete your enquiry and we will do so.

Data we handle inside a client engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement rather than by this page. Our engagement practices are described on the security and responsible AI page.
